Sheldon Community High School offers a variety of coursework through required and elective courses in order to prepare students for post-secondary options. Students choose from four-year college bound curriculum and college level courses to two-year vocational bound offerings. Opportunities exist for the talented and gifted students to enrich and excel through curriculum. Remedial courses and assistance are offered to those identified as At-Risk. The Sheldon Community School District prides itself on a long history of academic excellence. A dedicated staff of teachers, counselors, student support personnel, administration, school board, and a supportive community all contribute to the success of Sheldon Community High School. Since 1993, Sheldon High School has had five National Merit Finalists.
